In collaboration with JBAS College for Women, 1st and 2nd year college students act as soft skills tutors, under the guidance of faculty. The regularly structured sessions are carried out in Fathima Basheer Higher Secondary School, to cater to students in 7th, 8th and 9th grades, from underprivileged backgrounds, who would not normally have access to soft skills training. The components include debate, telephone conversations, report writing, public speaking and interview skills. These sessions aim to impact students' self-confidence to make them ready to dive into tertiary education.
